Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During product launches, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada & US

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10 CAD

  • FREE shipping on orders over $75 CAD

  • All orders ship with tracking

Estimated delivery times:

  • Atlantic Canada: 1–3 business days

  • Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 4–10 business days

  • US: 4-14 business days : may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

  • Tarriffs for US orders require payment before shipping. This adds 25 - 50% to the cost of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Shipping

International shipping rates begin at $25 CAD for the first item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Tracking and Delivery

All orders include tracking. Once a package has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Equestrian Lifestyle™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery but will assist where possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
